Alex is the Chief Technology Officer at the National Bank of Samoa, leading the development of a technology roadmap and executing cybersecurity strategies in alignment with Central Bank guidelines.
Before this role, Alex held several senior leadership positions in the telecommunications, information technology, and cybersecurity industries, including three years as Country Manager of Bluesky Samoa Limited.
Alex has a degree in Information Technology and a Master's in Cybersecurity from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia.
Alex is a member of All Saints Parish in Apia, a board member of the Samoa Cancer Society, and a member of the Samoa Information Technology Association's Governance Subcommittee.
